diy Wedding Crafts: Pine Cone Napkin Holders

Cute idea for your rustic fall or winter wedding.  Another idea is to insert your place cards under the bows. I would use Kraft paper to keep the rustic feel going.

Materials Needed:

  • Pine Cones
  • Twine
  • Wood Beads
  • Glue Gun
  • Glue Sticks

Instructions:

  1. Take your wood bead and string your twine through it. Tie a knot on the end and pull it back through the bead to assure that the twine will not come out the other end.
  2. Take your glue gun and put a fair amount of glue on the bottom end of your pine cone.
  3. Now attach the open end of the bead to the pine cone and let dry.

Tip: Use super glue – it works faster. Just be aware that super glue is thinner and I used two coats. One to secure and then one around the rim of the bead to insure it would stay in place. It just depends on how much time you have.
