  • What a wonderful resource. I really love the inspiration boards, which are giving me alot of ideas for my June wedding.

  • I’m so glad I stumbled across this blog. Definitely going to make my life a lot easier in the coming months!

  • Favors are the bride and groom's way of saying "thanks for celebrating our special day with us." They don't have to be expensive. Friends of mine bought mini candy bars and put them in shiny little bags and attached a computer-printed tag to each one that said something like:
Snickers for the times we've laughed together,
Twix because there's enough for two to eat,
Three Musketeers – the groom, the bride, and God.
Thanks for making our special day extra sweet.
    Love, Mr. and Mrs ____

They cost about fifty cents each to make, but it was still really thoughtful. Plus, I enjoyed the candy bars more than the expensive-but-ugly ceramic angel that the bride and groom gave out at another wedding I went to. Who doesn't love candy?
