As you all know I do reviews from time to time as an Influenster member. And today I am doing this one for Degree Women Dry Spray Antiperspirant.
When I first opened the box I surprised by the shape of the bottle. It was easy to hold. Probably the only negative for me, because I have long finger nails, was the spray button.
I used this product for 2 weeks and here are my findings:
I really liked the feel of this product as soon as I put it on. It was very clean, dry, and silky, and had a nice refreshing scent. Love how it instantly dries on contact – no holding your arms above your head or fanning them to aid in drying – saving significant time; and for the most part it kept me dry all day.
The placement of the spray button! I found this most difficult to use with my left hand, my finger strength is not as strong as my right index finger, and with my long nails it was almost impossible for me to use it within that small confined area. I had to press really hard. The button needs to be raised up more so you can actually push it down.
I am an avid solid roll on girl, so for me I don’t like the fog fumes that sprays leave in the air. I was gasping at times for air; the smell was a bit overwhelming too. On a side note my cats hated it – ran from the room every time. 🙂
Another issue I had with it was “stress” related sweating. You know when you are waiting and anticipating some news and you all of sudden get the sweats – well this product didn’t hold up for me. But other then that moment, it kept me dry all day.
And finally – I wish they made a non-scented formula. Beware of using other scented products as everything will compete and you will smell like an over sprayed perfumed person.
I would recommend this product to someone who loves to use a spray deodorant regularly. I give it ★ ★ ★ 1/2 stars – 4 stars if it would have been non-scented.
