Ingredients
  • 1 package vanilla wafers, finely crushed, 12-oz.
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 2 1/2 tbsp light corn syrup
  • powdered sugar
Servings: dozen

Instructions
  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. (The Wafer Mix: vanilla wafers, pecans, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa.)
  2. Stir together bourbon and corn syrup until well blended.
  3. Stir together bourbon mixture and wafer mixture.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in powdered sugar.
  5. Cover and chill for up to 2 weeks.
