Ingredients
  • 1 packet flavored gelatin, 3oz
  • 2 oz packets unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 8 Shot Glasses
  • 1 8-Cavity Round Shot Glass Silicone Mold
  • Cookie Pan
Servings: serves 8

Instructions
  1. Prepare round shot glass mold with vegetable pan spray. Place on cookie pan.
  2. In large bowl, combine flavored gelatin, unflavored gelatin and 1 cup cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Add 1 cup hot water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved; about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup liquid into each cavity. Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until set.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use. Remove from mold by carefully pressing up from center post. Fill glasses just before ready to use.
