Ingredients
For the Cocktail
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1.5 oz Fresh Squeezed strained Pink Grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz St-Germain
  • 1/2 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 4 drops Sage Bitters
Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2-3 springs of rosemary

Instructions
For the Cocktail:
  1. Add the grapefruit, lemon, St. Germain, gin, simple syrup and sage bitters into a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe.
For the Rosemary Simple Syrup:
  1. Place the sugar and water into a small sauce pan.
  2. Bring sugar and water to a boil.
  3. Once at a boil, add in the rosemary sprigs and let simmer.
  4. Remove from the heat and strain rosemary from the syrup.
  5. Place into a mason jar.
  6. Store in a refrigerator.
