Break up half of the cookies into small pieces and put one at the bottom of each 8-ounce jar.
Combine the cream cheese, sugar, whipped topping and milk until the sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Mix in the peanut butter and add as much sea salt as you like. Spoon a quarter of the mixture into each jar.
Break up the remaining cookies and place them over the mixture in each jar. Sprinkle a quarter of the chopped chocolate chips into each jar and top with the remaining peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over each pot.
This recipe should be enough to make 2 pots: one for you and one for your love.
