What cute idea cute and affordable to make. Check out this tutorial on how to make these. The only think I would add is to use hanging led battery terminal lights that you can hang inside these - you can get them through the Paper Lantern Store.
Materials Needed:
- Hot glue
- 4 yards of fringe, found in the trim section, I used 8” length
- 2 embroidery hoops
- acrylic paint
- clear fishing line
- hanging led battery terminals {optional}
